How to buy
Tax-free payment is not an option. We have to accept payment with full VAT, but after you provide us with appropriate documents revealing that the floor has left the European Union, we will refund the VAT amount to your bank account.

Availability
Usually we are able to provide the merchandise within 2-3 working days. However, since storage shortages are possible, make sure that the desired merchandise is available by sending us an e-mail with a question. We respond on working days from 9 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
Delivery
We deliver the merchandise at no extra cost to the place within Poland chosen by the customer.
